Omar: My deadlift has gone up from 270 kilos to 285 in the last three years, but I've been doing just, singles and some very low volumes. "If my sole purpose was to get bigger and get those muscles goes bigger, there is much better ways to go about it than focusing on my one arm strength," he says. He adds that if you didn't try quite as hard, your numbers would all be about 10% less.
