I feel like a huge part of this, it's going back to what you said when I asked if this is something that could be improved and you said yes. And so it takes these kind of lifestyle shifts incremental little by little to stop them barding ourselves with all of this chemical soup which makes our hormones worse. So there's so much improvement that can be had by these non sexy, non instant things that can be done. We only have a cool bit left, but there's a good point. There's a lot of confusion around food sensitivity tests. Not every foods and sensitivity test is created equal.
