I feel like the adaptations that so many people made during this time of COVID you know we have kind of changed how we made decisions right and sometimes your kids schools really really matter in a way that you would have not focused on so much in the past. I think it's being able to see those opportunities and have the confidence and a lot of people just out inherently un-unconfidence they talk about imposter syndrome. Just grilling your teeth and taking a big breath and having confidence in yourself to do things a little bit "You know there are no easy answers" says Dr Peter Houghton.
