Crystal: I would tell people also like, do your homework, ask people. So surround yourself with some people that know more than you about different subject or talk to somebody that does flipping,. Does the passive, does the private money lending. And that way you can hear some stories from the horse's mouth of what actually happened. Just do some homework, do some research and then pick your own comfort level, do what seems natural or what makes sense to you.
