Everybody can have a reward circuit that is based on, you know, chocolate cake and sloth. The base line of their happiness goes down overtime even though every time theu et the chocolate cake, they get a spike. So if there are reward circuits that decrease the quality of their life, reward circuits that increase,. could we appeal to one rather than the other? Ya, totally we could. Could we have an education system as a result, it was identifying in aptitudes, innate interests of every one and facilitating their development?"
