Microsoft and Activision BSR have agreed to extend their merger agreement until October 18th because they are still negotiating with the UK. The termination fees if anybody wants to work away from the deal will be increasing over time until September 15th if the deal hasn't finalized by then. Matt Felipe: I feel like this so-called price is coming finally to an end and the end is almost like very clearly at least in the feedback that we see from the markets really really positive with Activision stock.
