The Optimism of the Economy

I think businesses are winning, there are winners and there's losers. And obviously that's going to happen here in my portfolio. I've got some that are going to zero, it's very painful. But I understand that there are big shifts. When you have a massive shift like this where people say, well, I've lived for four months in isolation using online and tools to communicate with my customers directly. This is a very interesting time because a direct relationship with a customer is extremely profitable.
