Dr. J provides insight into the life of one of her clients, Samantha, who describes everything in her life as "fine" and has everything she was told she needed in life, but something is missing. Samantha found herself feeling snappy, unable to be happy for other people's accomplishments, and thought this was just who she was.
But Dr. J explains the reality behind why Samantha (and other women experiencing Feminine Burnout) feel this way, and the steps she needed to take in order to heal to live a happy, healthy life.
