The Effects of Interval Training on VO2 Max

VO2 max is generally considered to be largely delivery of oxygen so you know the cardiovascular fitness that we always talk about but also you've got to extract that oxygen at the muscle level. The endurance you get more of the sort of cardiovascular response and the high intensity you're getting more of a peripheral oxygen extraction response. So there's a lot to unpack there so I'm interested in and I didn't actually know to be honest that there was such a difference.
