The book is very interesting because it tries to focus on the daily decision making work of the ranger, right? The way in which policy goes from bretherick to action. As coffman says, tom tried to make a parallel with other government agencies. I think this is a clear classic, right arm in public administration. It touches on this central that has always been a main issue for the field, and it continues to be that way.
