Is There a Flexibility in Policy?
I think we can influence the debate, obviously clearly policies are set by policymakers and the government. I would just say certainly in terms of the regeneration pieces where master plans are typically five, seven, twelve years, you can't be to set in your views when you don't even know what the outcomes are. I'd say there's a bit of flexibility there. If there's anybody here who obviously wants a specific tool from one landowner, we're happy to set that up separately. Obviously we're putting the red carpet down in front of the bar because we are in the front door of Canada Water so I just thought I'd stick that in there.
