How to Calculate the Minutes to Accumulate in a Three Zone Model

How might someone sort of calculate the time that they want to accumulate in a three zone model? Well, I tend to think in terms of sessions. Like if I'm working with my daughter as an example, we've kind of agreed that two sessions, two hard sessions a week is what she is good for right now. We're only doing one of those a week right now. So we color code it. Green is low intensity and yellow is threshold and red is high intensity. You divide about 1.6 and you get miles.
