Is Wall Street the New Landlord?

I don't think people like the headlines or the idea that Wall Street is going to be your new landlord. And I think there's a perception that it also contributes to the unaffordability crisis in housing. So many of the affordability challenges stem from this chronic under supply of housing. But if you look at the single family rental space as a percentage of total homes, it's something like 10%.
