How to Facilitate User Research Conversations
You don't need to frame them as like we're looking for gaps in our understanding that so we can go do more user research. Instead, frame it as requirements gathering and helping you as a UXer better understand the scope and details of the system. And then as the questions come up and misalignment and gaps are inevitably exposed, take visual notes. So jot down all the revelations, just what you, what you've determined. We know that these things are true and then have that parking lot of questions.
