Iike, all ok, have a look at a paper, read through the paper, and then reflect and deep, deep dive into that paper 20 minutes each day. And it would be a deeper understanding of one topic, rather than six or seven shallow levels of understanding on multiple topics. But i'm still going to do the weekly forecast with shallow reflections, because i still find value in that. I combining them two together. It's kind of havinga two weekly journals, one for six or seven exposures for deep understanding, and one level of exposure for various shallowlevels of understanding. Then a monthly review, which is like, various studies with deep understanding. That's on a monthly basis
