Credentials and relevant experience is a huge factor in terms of how you should go about your coach selection. But part of the interviews that I did was talking to founders that had had experiences with coaches, and asking them to reflect back. And these founders and executives said so much more about it was actually this amorphous sense of vibe with the person.
