Copper Tubular Drill - Do You Not Think It Looks Like an Edison Phonograph?
Photographs of a copper tubular drill in the petri museum ended up in a book called gese the truth. Paul says some little bit of grit or something got caught in the gap between the drill and the block that they were, you know, drilling into. And this little hard bit of grit, it might have been a bit of corundum, bit of emory or something, as as they were extracting the drill by some form of a lever, the animal was still turning the drill,. Therefore created this tubular groove of several turns as they removed it. But wouldn't those grooves that you're showing on this, on this wonderful photograph, wouldn't they contain acoustic
