The Importance of Listening to Client Conversations
If you got a chance to listen to these, let's call them discovery calls or meetings or even sit in some of them, which I know that's hard. You get to hear what is being discussed and you get to hear the high level recommendations your colleagues give on the spot,. Which is can be insanely valuable. And I have in the rare occasions where I got to do this stuff, I created content just literally from my notes I took during the sessions. So it's very raw material. But man, is it good stuff if you can get it.
