The Negative Connotation of Thin

Big boned means larger than the average size, but I don't really like it as a way of describing somebody who's overweight. In other words, yes, he does appear big, but he's not fat. So let's go now from speaking about being overweight to the opposite end of the spectrum and that is the word thin. Let's look at some synonyms for thin,. But what does thin mean to you, Reza?
