The Old Testament and the Bible: A Comparison

There are links between Mesopotamian flood stories and the one in the Bible. But people get into trouble because they tend to put artificial maximum ages on the Bible stuff. So I think this idea that the Bible, when it parallels stuff from Mesopotamia has to have borrowed it needs to be questioned.
