How to Deal With Emotional Hang Ups
I like a criticism, which is a valid one perhaps but you're not really taking that into account because you know you're driven by this emotional you. And I would say sort of like quite often to always. There is something that the underlying emotional or hang up shaped or irrationality shaped thing is sort of trying to get at. But there is a misconception at a different level. You have to start to just sort of proceed and pretend that that criticism doesn't count.
