You can tell pretty early whether or not some one's buying what you're selling. You have to qualify that this person has a personal win and they're willing to take action for you. How do you then turn the pain into value? Its about sitting there and saying, well, if i believed that you could help them, maybe that's enough for them to take action. It doesn't have to be complex, it just needs to be high in the organization on a conceptual or qualitative level.
