In general, paul says, look, god had the idea of having a jesus people god's people. And he decided ahead of time what his goal for that people would be and how he would treat them. Not necessarily listing a manifest or a catalogue of each person that would be on the list. So he's really just throwing a bunch of wonderful things out to illustrate the thing that was above it in the paragraph.
