James Franklin's Reflections on the Future of Penn State Athletics

I got the sense that he feels more secure with the entire situation, the whole scope of what Penn State athletics and the university is doing than he's come across at any point this year. And I think that's because he's checking off a lot of boxes. Now we'll see. One game into the season we may see a completely different James Franklin or one bad practice into camp. But it seemed like just there's a sense that he's comfortable more than at any point when I've covered this team.
