Is There a Bug in the Lightning Network?

It's kind of funny that it was just a guy messing around hey look at this cool thing I can do. There is also an aspect of me that wishes that we like you know the ideal way for this to be discovered is somebody would break it on test net and break L&D by just testing weird shit. It feels like this instance could either be a lucky one or an unlucky one where you have this Barak making this transaction that forks L&D.
