Inactivity physiology and the four second sprint stuff obviously interacts because that's one way you can actually do your activity. So we had people rest only 15 seconds between each all-out sprint. Or we had them rest for 30 seconds or 45 seconds. Each of those caused heart rate to go up from 150 to 160 to 170, depending upon the shorter rest periods. And so we felt we had it, we had a pretty good cardiovascular stimulus, along with an effective maximal power,. Anaerobic muscle hypertrophy, neuromuscular adaptation in the all-out four seconds.
