There's just like so much you could do with hotels I feel like I'd like spend way too much money adding amenities and stuff and like that. So for example, for the extra 1.5 acres that's commercial zoning and the extra 50 parking spots. That's obviously a huge potential revenue generator but because we don't know what we're doing with that lot. We also have an event space that's that hosts up to 120 people, but we are not going to put any value to it right nowbecause we don't knows how much that was going to generate. And you might be able to rent out a restaurant space or something like that for $1,000 a month to another
