I like to think of ego as something that helps us or hinders us. We just need to be aware of where we are on that spectrum between those two at any given time. From my point of view, the ego is helpful to the degree it's taking its proper place. Confidence can be different things. Confidence could be acting tough, you know? But actually, organically, confidence arises out of our relationship with our body. The more we're in our body, the more we're inour power. And that relates to one of the anigram points.
