People have radically different judgments about whether the person acted intentionally or unintentionally. An example comes from this very domain that you can see if you take different kinds of cases that differ, say only in one word. If time after time you told him that what he was doing was going to harm the environment and he did it anyway, I would say he intentionally harmed the environment. Yes.
