Are We Making a Dent?

The number of young people with a driver's license has decreased drastically since the 80s. If we required education on mobility in high school, no matter whether you drove or not, I think we would impact that number significantly. The truth is that we are all still moving in community with one another and interacting with transportation, whether we drive or not.
