Is This Legal?

i looked over to my wife and my babe, when was this? When was this not made legal, like i remember growing up? And we went on talking about a few stories. I'm glad i read it they showed some examples of like, there is one mother, this is one the weirdest ones. One mother had to defend herself in court in order to keep her kids because she allowed that ten year old son to walk his six year old sister to and from the park by himself. Ten years old. Some neighbor called on, these kids are by emselves, and she got in trouble. And yes, so much as wrode in not in this day and age.
