The Model of a Servant Leader
Some priests have the image of what a leader should be is to just take everything on themselves. That's not what Jesus had in mind, he says. In 1974, there was a report from the Harvard Business Review that said who's got the monkey? People come into your office with the monkey and to solve the problem. I'm going to take your monkey from you. The problem is it's not long and you've got an office full of monkeys.
