Thrombocytopenia - What's the Four T-Score?

The four T-score, the first T, is thrombocytopenia. You get more points if you have a greater than 50% decrease in platelets or your nater is greater than 20. Timing of antibodies and forming clots are also important to determine whether this patient should be sent for an ELISA antibody test. The third T isThrombosis because when you activate these platelets, if you have new thrombosis, that gives you more points.
