Randomness in Cisco's Adaptive Security Appliance

Firefox has some PIR stuff that they were using for at least some other metrics and Chrome might have had it at some point. They don't currently and instead take steps for either like anonymizes the metrics at submission or like and doesn't record anything that has too low of a prevalence of like how many clients it sees it on. And you know, sir, that's still like good practice. I have faith that they're doing it as they work there. But like, it would be good to not have to trust them. Exactly.
