The Importance of Sanity in Communication
Do you feel like there's a movement of people who want to kind of come together in a sense and begin to kind of make meaning and find sanity in new ways? Well, certainly, you know, people are getting together in the echo chambers to make and reinforce meaning with each other. But when I talk about sanity, it's actually deeper than that, because it recognizes differences of opinion. Sanity is not everybody agreeing with each other or holding the same meaning, but it is, in part, a shared willingness and mutual encouragement to go beneath the stories and to come back in touch with what is real.
