Is There an Interest in Having Access to a Service?
The first amendment is protecting us from the government interference in my expression. But i don't think it's as clear cut as saying, in three or three creative it's just an access to a service. And one of my positions is it's very difficult to have a vibrant free speech culture in the united states with an undermined first amendment.
