How Did You Get Started Commercializing the Scale of Interviewing?

Interviewing is something that i've thought a lot about in the last couple of years. The way i did it was, i said, i don't know howto it right, but i need to find some way to make money for my audience. I and so i'm just going to create this membership thing. You just pay, and here's what you get, oh, all the old interviews. And once we added that, people were willing to pay and things took off.I think that most people need to try that. What can i sell my audience? We are trying to make money, but because we're trying to understand their needs, what do we create for them?
