Is It Just an Exercise Addiction?

I'd be interested to know people's experiences if they have any or thoughts on it as a thing. And also tied up in that is what you think about the whole anxiety stress and the effect on running and VO2 max. So all of that, it would just be interesting. I'm sure exercise has got a lot to do with it. But yeah, it just exercise addiction on its own. Do you monitor your VO2 max? No, of course I don't. I don't know whether I can. Because yeah, that too, I feel a bit as though I'm in the dark there.
