A Short Story About the Making of Doctor Moreau
I wrote a 60 page short story about the making of doctor moreau, where i compound five months of shooting into more or less one day. I think by writing that story and writing about john frankheimr this very irascible, comudgeony, old school director who had a megaphone and a whip, you know, iwas, it was referred to the actors as aircraft am i i think that feeds a little into this jack drake character. And indeed, the experience of working on that film was a little er inspirational for this book.
