Giving Mentors Access to Ask Tough Questions
If you can go back in time and give the younger you some advice, what would you say if the person you are talking to is younger than you? Because you're new to a certain goal, edit the question instead. Say, what do you wish you knew about this goal when you first started? Every one has a cheap coat. Ask them smart questions and you'll get smart answers. Letting mentors ask you questions not only helps you make the right decision, it also prevents you from making a terrible decision.
