The Absurdity of Impeachment

There's a constitutional remedy to what's happening, and that's impeachment of judges. The reason we have ethics rules is we don't want to run an impeachment over every kind of potential infraction. I do not think it's as clear as you says that there can be no legislation around the Supreme Court. There are rules around other levels of the federal judiciary. We just shouldn't have to resort to impeachment on any kind of infraction.
