Hand picked zippers are so easy to do that once people learn how to do them, they're like, oh, my goodness, i'll never do a machine zipper again. Double thread coated with beeswax and really nice, firm stitches can be used for dungarees. A centred application is lovely, orou an do a lapped sipper there. They're both lovely and honestly, not at all hard to do.
