The two sides can't agree on any form of shared political control. solidarity wants ever more political control over things the distribution of food in poland. And he rokowski is not willing to give up any real political power to make this happen. Ana: This disvision of co responsibility is not really any kind of real vision for shared power. It's really a way of cooping social forces into governing vision after it becomes clear that there is no future for sharing power.
