The History of Aging
When I first started teaching yoga, all of my students were interested in yoga. They wanted to learn yoga for yoga's sake. These days, the vast majority of my students are interested in the benefits of yoga more so than yoga. To that end, I've put together a program now that has been really popular for over 15 years. This particular program is called the science of stretching. It moves through all the different areas of the body to increase your range of motion systematically.
