The author doesn't say at the beginning of the book that the information that you're about to read will be if you are an hypochondriac like me. This is a book that you know will cause insomnia because you start knowing all these things about sleep. After after I finished that book I couldn't sleep because I was like yeah I'm not sleeping now and all these benefits you know that I can get from sleeping  I'm not getting all these benefits and I was anxious luckily then you know I don't know how but I'm fine now but thankfully but thankfully it's called why we sleep by Matthew Matthew Walker.
