The End of Cannibalism

The famine was so severe in the city that there was no food for the people of the land. The men of war decide they're just going to get out while the getting's good. They flee by night, by way of the gate between the two walls by the king's garden. All his army scatters, they capture the king and they bring him to the king of Babylon who passes cinnets on him.
