Young people, young women in particular, who are targeted the most with the adver sing on this. One and every three young women find clothing old after wearing it just once or twice. Only a tiny fraction of the clothing that gets donated ever gets sold by the donation centers. And much of it is bailed up and sent to the developing world where they have a real challenge getting rid of it.
