The Third Wave of Feminism

In 19 92, at the age of 21, rebecca invented a whole new wave of feminism. That article started the movement. People wrote hundreds of letters from young women and men around the country who were saying, yes, we are the third wave too. I spoke at hundreds of schools and said, don't call yourself a feminist if you haven't dealt with racism. Don’t call yourself a feminists if you're homophobic. There was a sense of, we've been talking about this forever. This not new. And andwerethy. Both women agreed should be intersectional.
