What Is the Need of the Front Line?
They don't have the capability of a casaba or a metabac from the front line. If some one gets hurt, there is no system really to get them out. They basically have to wait until the fight stops for someone run up and get them and then pull them back. And it's usually just another soldier that throws them on the back of a car that's been commandeeredw months ago,. drives them to an aid station where they get their first level of care more than an hour later. So they haven't developed that system yet.
