I want to understand maybe how what you have described in back to those earlier ideas of like other zk roll ups looking to do e v m implementations. So you wod mention stark, where z k sink, and that lupring might be thinking about it infomation. Just now, lots of people, i gess, how are they approaching this? You know, is jus the good at this point is just try it, do it, and then we'll seed. That's a good thingheis like nog there is no no good approacher, but approaches at this point.

This week, Anna chats with Jordi Baylina and David Schwartz from Hermez about their zkEVM design that was first revealed at EthCC. Jordi and David explain the design choices such as why they push for recreating the EVM, how it’s done at a technical level and how Hermez’s approach is different from other zk teams like Matter Labs and StarkWare.

The original recording was done before the news of the merger with Polygon came out, so the trio came back together for a brief chat about what it means and how the zk space evolved in the past three years!
